Ayesha Delivery Partner App collects and accesses location data (both foreground and background location) in real-time even when the app is closed, minimized, or not in use on your screen, for the following essential core purposes:
- Nearby Order Dispatching: To identify delivery partners located closest to restaurants so food can be picked up promptly and delivered fresh.
- Live Customer Order Tracking: To allow customers and restaurant partners to track delivery progress in real-time once an order is picked up.
- Turn-by-Turn GPS Route Navigation: To guide delivery partners along the fastest routes between restaurant and customer locations.
- Distance & Delivery Earning Calculation: To accurately calculate per-kilometer delivery payout compensation and incentives.
Location tracking only occurs while you are clocked in / set to "Active/Online" status in the app. You can stop location tracking anytime by toggling your shift status to "Offline" or closing your shift.
1. Information We Collect from Delivery Partners
To register, verify KYC, and facilitate delivery operations, we collect:
A. Personal & KYC Verification Information
- Rider Details: Full Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number, Profile Photo, Residential Address.
- Government Identity & Driving Documents: Driving License, Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), PAN Card, and Identity proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID) for identity verification and road safety compliance.
B. Financial & Payout Information
- Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, Account Holder Name, and UPI ID for daily/weekly delivery earnings settlement and incentive transfers.
C. Device, Camera & Storage Permissions
- Camera / Storage: To upload KYC documents, vehicle photos, and contactless delivery proof photos.
- Notification / Audio: To deliver instant audible alerts for incoming delivery requests.
2. How We Use Rider Data
- To verify partner background, validate driving credentials, and onboard riders safely.
- To assign delivery tasks based on real-time proximity and traffic conditions.
- To compute accurate delivery trip payouts, bonuses, and floating cash balance summaries.
- To ensure rider safety, investigate road incidents, and resolve delivery disputes.
- To comply with Motor Vehicles Act and statutory tax requirements in India.
3. Data Sharing & Security
Your location and name are shared with customers and restaurants strictly during active delivery assignments. We never sell rider information to third-party marketing companies. Bank and KYC documents are encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption.
4. Partner Rights & Account Deletion
Delivery partners can view their trip history, daily earnings, and ratings in the app. To request account deletion or cessation of services, partners can contact the Rider Support Team or the Grievance Officer.
